Warranty & Guarantees
Our warranty covers redo and repair related to the quality of our work. All services are non-refundable.
Artificial Nails Warranty
2-week warranty covers issues like chipped color or breakage. We will provide any necessary fixes at NO additional cost.
Gel Polish Warranty
1-week warranty applies to gel polish chips or color changed, including manicure and pedicure services.
Regular Polish Warranty
Please note that there is no warranty for chipping with regular polish.
Gift Certificate
All gift certificate purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Personal Belongings
We kindly ask all guests to keep personal belongings secure at all times. Lustry Nails & Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items.
Our warranty is designed for redo and repair related to the quality of our work during the warranty period. Please be advised that all services are non-refundable.
Group & Personal Bookings
- —Appointments are held for 24 hours without a deposit.
- —If no deposit is received within 24 hours, the appointment is canceled.
- —Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes in group size or services.
- —Deposits are non-refundable for changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- —Personal bookings have a maximum hold time of 15 minutes.
- —$50 deposit is required after 2 no-shows.
Lustry Nails & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate or fails to comply with our policies.
